what to expect.

This is our standard workflow for most design-based projects. For our A/V editing it works a little differently, so feel free to reach out for more information!

  • At our initial consultation we will discuss your needs, your vision, and any existing design assets you would like us to incorporate.

    We will also discuss pricing and what rate is best for you. All consultations are free, so don’t worry! We’re here for you.

  • At this stage we will create moodboards, do competitor research, and come up with preliminary sketches for your approval.

  • For most of our design work, we typically provide 2-3 rounds of revisions to ensure that your end product is exactly the way you want it. Communication is KEY at this stage: we prefer to have at least one revisions meeting either in person or over Zoom rather than solely communicating over email or text. This way, we can make sure we're translating your vision correctly. Based on your feedback, this is the stage where we'll tweak your design to your exact specifications.

  • Once your final payment is made, we will share the final design and all necessary assets. Woohoo! We may post your design on social media or our website, but not without your express permission first.

  • Many of our projects require ongoing care and attention, whether that be marketing materials or social media presences. While we are happy to continue our services on a retainer basis, we also offer basic user trainings to ensure a smooth handoff of our designs to you or your employees.

what about the money?

We understand that every project is unique, which is why we offer a variety of billing structures for our services. We are committed to serving our up and coming creative community here in New Orleans and happy to discuss payment plans, barter, or reduced rates for small businesses.

hourly

Hourly services are best for short-term projects: think posters, album covers, individual illustrations, stand-alone logos, or singular video editing needs. 

project based

Project based services are ideal for large-scale needs: think brand identities, website design, branded merch. Rates vary depending on the scope of each project.

retainer services

Retainer services are best for long-term, ongoing projects. This might be podcast editing, website maintenance, or social media content creation.
